The Bagel Shack is a neighbourhood bagel shop that wanted an identity as fresh, inviting, and memorable as its product. The goal was to create a visual brand that feels friendly, authentic, and ready to stand out on packaging, signage and social touchpoints.

Project Overview
The challenge was to create a brand identity for The Bagel Shack that feels authentic, warm, and playful — reflecting the handcrafted nature of the product while giving the shop a recognisable visual voice. The identity needed to work seamlessly across packaging, signage, menus and digital touchpoints.
Our Approach
We developed a cohesive visual system built around expressive illustration, approachable typography, and a warm colour palette that evokes friendliness and craft. Mascots and playful graphic elements were introduced to give the brand personality, while packaging and environmental graphics were designed to elevate the overall customer experience.
